These terms apply to the hosted Aviation MCP website and MCP endpoint. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and within its published limits.

Purpose and limitations

Aviation MCP is a research and planning tool. It is not a certified navigation, dispatch, weather briefing, or flight-performance system. Verify operational decisions against current official publications, authorized weather sources, and the applicable aircraft flight manual.

Aviation datasets cover the United States; terrain coverage is worldwide where the source provides data. Source omissions, parsing errors, unresolved geometry, delayed ingestion, and provider outages can limit results. Terrain analysis does not establish regulatory obstacle clearance, chart minima, or the safety of a flight. Source warnings, dates, units, and altitude datums are part of each result.

Availability and acceptable use

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uptime, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Requests are subject to rate limits, provider budgets, and geometry limits. Do not bypass those limits, interfere with service operation, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Access may be restricted to protect the service.

Source rights

Source data retains its applicable rights and attribution requirements. Preserve the provenance and attribution returned with results, including Open-Meteo and Copernicus information. A plugin-directory listing does not imply endorsement by the FAA, OpenAI, Anthropic, or the data providers.
